Is is possible to book without credit card, sending a request (see contact form) with personal details, and mobile phone number. The reservation will be confirmed by the hotel, and guaranteed with ARRIVAL TIME LIMIT at H 18.00 of arrival date. The client must contact the hotel in order to reconfirm the reservation 24 hours before arrival (via phone or sms or email), indicating scheduled arrival time and eventual special requests. In case of no confirmation, the hotel may contact itself the client in order to get the reconfirmation of reservation, and if the hotel is not able to get in touch with the client, it has the right to cancel the reservation with no further notice.
RESERVATION GUARANTEED (WITH CREDIT CARD).
In case of guarantee online booking, a valid credit card provided by the client (cardholder name must be the same reported on the reservation details).
– Standard reservation: You can cancel a reservation without incurring a penalty, the notice shall be communicated via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the first night as penalty. In case of no-show, the room will be kept busy for the first night.
– Prepaid reservation: at the time of booking will be required to pay a security deposit equal to the full amount of stay (up to 14 consecutive nights). You can cancel this booking without incurring a penalty up to 14 days before arrival date. In case of late cancellation the deposit will be forfeited as a penalty.
